Want to swim better? Join U.S. Masters Swimming National Coach of the Year April Cheadle for a three-hour adult swim clinic at The Rec.

The clinic will focus on stroke technique and efficiency for swimmers of all abilities—from fitness and recreational swimmers to competitors.

April, head coach of Bainbridge Aquatic Masters, will be joined by The Rec’s USMS Coach Kent Slyter and additional USMS-certified coaches to provide plenty of individual instruction and feedback.

Non-Member Price: $170 + tax
