The Rec'ing Crew Sharks

Hello Sharks!

As everyone knows by now, the club has new owners and has been rebranded. We are now called The Rec’ing Crew Sharks.
This is the first update for the upcoming swim season. We still have the same fabulous coaches and will swim in three different groups as before.

Registration will be done online this year and starts Oct 19-23rd. Practices start on Tuesday November 5th and the beginners group pool time is at 3:10pm. The middle group pool time begins at 4:10pm and the older group starts at 5:10pm and ends at 6:30pm.

Group assignments will be finalized by November 1st and you will receive an email with that information. For the most part If your swimmer was in L pod last year then they will remain in that group. Most of the changes will take place between the old J and K pods. We also need to see about the swimmers who go through the tryouts process.

There are also some changes to the Fees for the season. This is our Winter competitive swim team. We will participate in both on island and off-island competitions. Members from last year’s team do not need to try out, however, new members must try out and be accepted before purchasing membership. We will be $249 for the season with a $500 family cap. This includes the full season participation, swim cap, and a croc charm.
